As we scale rapidly and manage increasingly larger advertising budgets for our clients, we are expanding our performance marketing team.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimise high-impact paid campaigns while driving measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and has hands-on experience managing large-scale performance campaigns.What the Ideal Candidate Looks LikeYou are a results-oriented performance marketer with deep expertise in paid acquisition, funnel optimisation, and conversion tracking. You are comfortable working with large budgets, analysing performance data, and continuously experimenting to scale profitable campaigns.Key RequirementsYou should have:3+ years of experience in paid customer acquisition, managing daily ad budgets exceeding ₹2LStrong expertise in Meta Ads with Conversions/Sales as the primary objectiveStrong expertise in Google Ads with Conversions/Sales as the primary objectiveExperience working with WordPress, ClickFunnels, or similar page buildersHands-on experience implementing and validating Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion trackingProficiency in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or Excel for reporting and analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong ability to extract insights from historical and real-time performance dataA mindset open to continuous learning, experimentation, and optimisationRoles & ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage conversion- and sales-focused campaigns across Meta Ads and Google AdsCreate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with insights, learnings, and recommendationsContinuously optimise campaigns for cost efficiency, scalability, and performance, while maintaining target CPATake ownership of landing pages and funnels to improve relevance, conversion rates, and overall campaign performanceDrive growth through continuous audience, creative, and funnel A/B testingCollaborate closely with clients, creative teams, web developers, and internal marketing teamsExecute weekly and monthly acquisition plans across multiple channels while managing budgets effectivelyConsistently deliver on user acquisition and revenue targetsDevelop creative briefs, ad copies, and video ad scripts aligned with campaign objectivesCommunicate campaign performance, account health, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders regularlyBonus Points If You HaveExperience working in a Marketing AgencyHands-on experience with YouTube Ads optimised for sales conversionsPrior experience in client-facing rolesBasic knowledge of coding or web developmentCopywriting experience for ad creatives, briefs, and video scriptsWhat’s NecessaryA strong interest in staying updated with industry best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends
