You will be responsible for turning raw footage into polished, engaging content that aligns with the brand's tone and visual identity. Key Responsibilities Edit videos for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Create long-form videos for YouTube, testimonials, events, product features, etc. Add transitions, motion graphics, sound design, subtitles, and effects when needed. Work closely with the creative team, marketers, and designers to maintain brand consistency. Organize and manage raw footage, assets, music, overlays, and project files. Optimize videos for different formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9). Deliver high-quality edits under tight timelines. Stay updated with editing trends, transitions, reel styles, and viral formats. Requirements 12 years of hands-on video editing experience (brand/agency/freelance). Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,CapCut, After Effects (basic) . Strong understanding of rhythm, pacing, storytelling, and visual flow. Ability to edit fast-paced, trendy, and aesthetic content. Knowledge of audio balancing, color correction, and basic color grading. Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail. Portfolio or showreel showcasing previous work (mandatory) . Nice-to-Have Skills Basic motion graphics (text animations, overlays, logo animations). Creative direction for shoots (framing, shot suggestions, lighting basics). Knowledge of social media trends, hooks, and engagement strategies.
