Roles and Responsibilities:
1 Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
2 Drive high-quality leads for Executive Programs, UG&PG programs, and career focused courses
3 Own key metrics such as CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality Work closely with sales and counseling teams to align marketing efforts with revenue outcomes
4 Continuously test ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and funnels to improve performance
5 Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
6 Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing
Requirements:
1 Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing
2 Mandatory experience in EdTech
3 Strong understanding of paid media funnels, lead nurturing, and audience targeting
4 Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on numbers, not assumptions
5 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
6 Ability to take ownership and drive results independently
