Roles and Responsibilities: Assess each student’s academic background, interests, and long-term career objectives to provide informed and tailored recommendations for undergraduate or postgraduate programs that best suit their goals. Offer complete support throughout the admissions process—from the initial student inquiry to final enrollment. Regularly engage with potential students through phone calls or messaging platforms. Address their questions promptly, build genuine relationships. Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, academics, and marketing to optimize counseling strategies. Keep up with evolving academic programs, global education trends, and emerging career paths to offer relevant and up-to-date guidance. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in education counseling or sales. Freshers with relevant skills are welcomed Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly convey information and build rapport with students through strong verbal communication Interpersonal and active listening skills, should have an empathetic approach to understanding student concerns and offering them customized solutions.
