Taking ownership of projects from start to finish, while also guiding junior editors when needed. Managing file organization and ensuring timely delivery of all assigned projects. We’d Love It If You Have: 3 – 5 years of solid experience in video editing (real estate experience is a bonus!) Strong command over tools like CAPCUT, FCPX, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other post-production software. A good eye for aesthetics and pacing — you understand what makes a video engaging.
