We're building a powerful media team in-house and are looking for someone who has hands-on experience, loves storytelling through visuals, and can work well with a team of editors, designers, and camera professionals. What You'll Be Doing: Editing high-quality videos for branding, marketing, social media, and internal campaigns. Collaborating with content creators, designers, and our video team to create compelling stories. Enhancing raw footage with color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and smart transitions. Taking ownership of projects from start to finish, while also guiding junior editors when needed. Managing file organization and ensuring timely delivery of all assigned projects. We’d Love It If You Have: 3 – 5 years of solid experience in video editing (real estate experience is a bonus!) Strong command over tools like CAPCUT, FCPX, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other post-production software. A good eye for aesthetics and pacing — you understand what makes a video engaging. A problem-solving mindset, the ability to take feedback positively, and a strong sense of responsibility.
