JOB DESCRIPTION


We are seeking an experienced DTC Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Direct-to-Consumer team. Reporting to the General Manager for our Direct-to-Consumer business, this role will be responsible for accelerating our performance marketing channels inclusive of search, Meta, Pinterest, Programmatic and Display channels. This role is highly analytical, collaborative, and fast paced with a clear focus on delivering across defined performance and sales metrics.


Our ideal candidate has hands on experience in paid search channels, Meta properties, Pinterest, programmatic media, display advertising inclusive of retargeting and fluent in English. You must have a proven track record of running performance marketing channels from strategy to execution with a focus on optimal return on spend.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be responsible for setting the performance marketing strategy for each platform to meet return on spend goals while executing setup, optimization, tracking, reporting, and analysis of digital performance marketing initiatives

  • See. Adapt. React. This is our mantra for performance advertising. Stay focused on tracking the platforms, including catalog and competitors. Be nimble and agile by adapting our investment for quick results.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to maximize performance marketing efforts by leveraging data analytics and insights to deliver results for all e-commerce accounts.
  • Continually test and optimize marketing investment levels balancing effectiveness with efficiency to align with business goals.
  • Track and report on daily weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance for all channels including audience and targeting insights and spend shift recommendations by identifying opportunities for improvement to facilitate conversion and action.
  • Drive continuous improvement through critical evaluation of existing strategies and implementation of new and creative ideas.
  • Build exceptional relationships to help deliver results.
  • Become our in-house subject matter expert on all performance marketing questions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Experience needed
:

  • 3-5 years of previous experience building and executing performance marketing strategies with attention to driving revenue with efficient spending for direct-to-consumer business, media agencies, corporate, or public sector.

  • Prior work experience Google, Bing, Meta, Pinterest, advertising is necessary.
  • Bachelor’s degree (required), in marketing and data engineering, data analysis, or other applicable areas of study.
  • Deep experience running digital campaigns, tracking, and optimizing for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated success in leading fast-paced performance marketing teams is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to make decisions using data and analytical results.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills required.
  • Innovative and creative thinker; proactively identifies opportunities; motivated by challenge, change and opportunity to help an organization look at things differently.
  • Relationship builder: partners cross-functionally and works effectively with various levels of the organization; team player with the presence to inspire and coalesce varying points of view.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Paid Search and Meta platforms.
  • This role will be based in India but should be available to overlap for at least part of the day with U.S. team members.
