Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing / Paid Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be performance-oriented, analytical, and capable of scaling ad campaigns to generate quality leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns
• Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Manage paid ads on other platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube (bonus)
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Write compelling ad copies, headlines, and CTAs
• Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL, CPA, and conversions
• Monitor daily ad performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
• Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives and landing pages
• Track conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Google Ads & Facebook Ads
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnels
• Hands-on experience with conversion tracking & remarketing
• Knowledge of SEO basics is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience running ads for IT services / software / SaaS
• Experience with lead generation campaigns
• Knowledge of CRM integrations & landing page optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
