Role Description

The Branding Studio is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with ad platforms, and the ability to scale campaigns profitably. You will work closely with the creative and strategy teams to deliver measurable ROI for client brands.

Qualifications

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant ad networks.
• Manage budgets, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign optimisation for maximum performance.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, placements, and creatives to improve results.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools.
• Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Perform competitor and industry research to identify opportunities for campaign scaling.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in performance/digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, funnel building, attribution, and remarketing strategies.
• Good analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
• Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable campaign strategies.
• Basic understanding of landing page optimisation and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with creative and content teams.
