Location: New Delhi (On-Site) Salary: ₹20,000 per month (inclusive of fixed + performance-based incentives) Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Advertising Specialist to join our team full-time in New Delhi. In this on-site role, you will play a key part in driving our advertising efforts across digital platforms—specifically Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and WhatsApp Marketing. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage performance-based campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Implement targeted WhatsApp Marketing strategies to engage prospects and retain customers Analyze market trends and campaign performance to derive insights and improve ROI Coordinate with internal teams to develop creative ad content and promotional strategies Collaborate directly with clients to understand their goals and customize marketing plans accordingly Support public relations and brand communication initiatives Ensure exceptional customer engagement and post-campaign service What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in Google, Meta Ads , and WhatsApp Marketing Strong understanding of marketing funnels, consumer behavior, and campaign performance metrics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or digital strategy is a strong advantage Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field 1+ years of relevant experience preferred, freshers with strong digital skills may also apply Show more Show less
