Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Design and manage lead generation funnels and ensure quality conversions through data-driven audience segmentation.
Build, test, and refine landing pages and microsites to maximize user engagement and conversion rates.
Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, audience insights, and content opportunities.
Manage end-to-end campaign setup — from ad copy, creatives, and targeting to reporting and optimization.
Develop and implement segmentation strategies for high-value audience groups (NRI buyers, investors, homebuyers, etc.).
Continuously refine campaign performance using funneling techniques (awareness → consideration → conversion).
Track and measure KPIs using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager dashboards.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and property market dynamics to inform strategy.
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with brand goals and storytelling.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in real estate, property consulting, or development marketing.
Proven success in running multi-platform paid ad campaigns with measurable ROI.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, funneling, targeting, and retargeting.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Ads.
Hands-on experience with landing page tools (WordPress, Webflow, Unbounce) and CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho).
Excellent analytical skills with a strong command of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, real estate audience behavior, and market insights.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing high-value property campaigns or international real estate marketing.
Understanding of SEO, remarketing strategies, and conversion optimization.
Ability to analyze market trends and buyer intent to adjust campaign strategy.

Edit and retouch photos to professional standards, ensuring sharpness, lighting, and composition.
Edit videos for storytelling impact — combining visuals, voiceovers, music, and motion.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ideate content concepts and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
Capture behind-the-scenes content and design stories to highlight brand creativity and craftsmanship.
Stay updated with visual trends, real estate photography styles, and social media storytelling techniques.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate, architecture, or interior photography & videography.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-definition, editorial-quality images.
Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Strong understanding of lighting, angles, and spatial storytelling.
Creative mindset with the ability to capture details that evoke emotion and engagement.
Knowledge of Instagram and social media visual trends to create scroll-stopping content.
Must own a high-definition professional camera and related equipment (gimbal, drone, lenses, etc. preferred).
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and travel to project sites (Goa, Gurgaon, Dubai preferred).
Preferred Skills
Experience working with luxury interiors, architecture firms, or lifestyle brands.
Drone photography and videography experience.
Basic understanding of brand aesthetics and marketing visual strategy.
