Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across key marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) to drive growth and maximize sales. Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance data, and implement strategies to improve ROI, Grow Sales and ensure overall cost efficiency. Strategize and implement digital marketing plans aligned with business goals. Effectively manage marketing budgets, allocate resources strategically, and ensure optimal campaign spend for maximum impact. Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, identify new opportunities, and refine marketing strategies. Provide in Depth reports upon campaign Structure-TOS, CPC, ROI,ROAS,GVS; generate actionable insights. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with specific expertise in Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and other e-commerce platforms Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, Tools (Amazon pi, Helium 10, SEMRUSH), and best practices for performance marketing across marketplaces. Proven track record of managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, scaling revenue, and improving key metrics. Analytical mindset with proficiency in using analytics. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge on quick commerce marketing is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead and supervise the sales accounts/commercial team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Excel and SAP reports to monitor sales performance, customer behaviour, order-to-cash cycle, and pending deliveries. Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and business insights for the sales leadership team. Customer Account Management: Handle key customer accounts directly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Resolve escalated issues related to pricing, payments, delivery, and account reconciliation. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, commercial terms, and GST & statutory requirements. Maintain proper documentation for internal audits and compliance purposes. Key Skills & Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 10+ years of experience in Sales Accounts. Mandatory knowledge of SAP SD module (Sales and Distribution). Advanced proficiency in MS Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team management experience is essential. Ability to work in cross-functional environments and meet tight deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Content Catalogue & Collateral - Own development of catalogues, brochures, and retail POS materials. - Work with design and marketing teams to create story-led, lifestyle-driven catalogues with product benefits, certifications, and visuals. - Regularly update dealer catalogues, price lists, and training decks. 3. Campaign & GTM Support - Collaborate with brand marketing on festive campaigns (e.g., Freedom for Comfort, Deal Wali Diwali etc.). - Plan product launch GTM campaigns—Focusing on new launch products and key features with brand team for digital, retail activations, influencer tie-ups, and media support. - Ensure consistent product branding across creative, packaging, advertising, and dealer communication. 4. Digital & E-Commerce Marketing - Partner with digital teams to enhance Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C listings with A+ content, comparison charts, lifestyle videos, and reviews. - Support SEO/SEM with strong product narratives aligned to consumer search intent. - Create short-form content for reels, YouTube, and push notifications to highlight product USPs. 5. Market Intelligence & Dealer Enablement - Track competitor campaigns, catalogues, and product claims. - Prepare sales enablement kits for dealer meets and conferences. - Support training for sales teams with clear product narratives and value selling points.
