Performance Marketing Specialist

As a Performance Marketing (PPC) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving effective paid search strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in forming effective paid search strategies, - Launching and optimizing various PPC campaigns, - Overseeing accounts on search platforms such as Google AdWords and Bing, - Involvement in keyword selection and audience targeting, - Monitoring budget and adjusting bids to gain better ROI, - Tracking KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues, - Producing reports for management including dashboards, - Writing attractive and concise copy for adverts, - Suggesting and developing new campaigns across multiple channels, - Maintaining partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors, - Finding ways to reduce the risk of click fraud, - Keeping abreast of PPC and SEM trends. Qualifications and skills required for this role include: - Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist, - Experience in data analysis and reporting, - Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts, - Familiarity with multiple platforms such as AdWords, Facebook, and Yahoo (preferred), - Working knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends, etc., - Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus, - Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, - Excellent communication skills, - Analytical thinking with strong math skills, - BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, - AdWords certification is a plus.
