Performance Marketing Specialist

1. Marketplace Advertising (AMS & Flipkart Ads)

- Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads on Amazon.

- Manage Product Listing Ads (PLA), Brand Stores, and promotional campaigns on Flipkart.

- Continuously optimize keyword targeting, bids, and placements to improve sales velocity.

2. Campaign Optimization & ROI

- Monitor ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR across campaigns.

- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to identify best performers.

- Scale profitable campaigns while reducing wasted ad spend.

3. Promotions & Seasonal Campaigns

- Drive marketplace growth during Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, Prime Day, and other key sale events.

- Coordinate couponing, deals, price drops, and cross-sell bundles to maximize visibility.

- Ensure campaigns align with Centuarys seasonal themes (Freedom for Comfort, Festive offers, etc.).

4. Analytics & Reporting

- Build weekly/monthly dashboards with sales vs spend performance, category benchmarks, and competitor analysis.

- Provide actionable insights to sales & product teams.

5. Collaboration with Product & Marketing

- Work with catalogue/content team to ensure listings are ad-ready (titles, bullets, A+ content, images, reviews).

- Brief creative team for Amazon/Flipkart ad banners, videos, and store page creatives.

- Align campaigns with product launches.

- Support strategies to increase positive reviews & ratings on Amazon & Flipkart.

- Monitor customer Q&A, feedback, and competitor reviews for insights.

- Suggest listing/creative improvements to boost conversions.
