Job Description

This position is urgent, so please apply only if you can work and travel full-time on-site in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:

     Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Search, Social, Display, Email).
  • Data Analysis:

     Monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR), analyze performance, and identify trends.
  • Optimization:

     Continuously A/B test creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies for better results.
  • Reporting:

     Create reports on campaign performance for stakeholders.
  • Budgeting:

     Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. 


Key Skills

  • Digital Platforms:

     Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Email Marketing tools.
  • Analytics:

     Google Analytics, data visualization.
  • Technical:

     A/B Testing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), SEO fundamentals, basic HTML/CSS.
  • Soft Skills:

     Analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, results-driven mindset. 


Minimum 1 year of experience required. Preferably, if you have already worked in the FMCG and e-commerce industry.


Salary Expectation: 3L to 5L.
