PPC Advertising Expertise: 3-5 years of hands-on experience running Amazon PPC campaigns, with a focus on driving ROI and maximizing conversions. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in optimizing listings and ads to improve ranking, traffic, and sales performance on Amazon. E-commerce Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the e-commerce landscape, particularly in Amazon’s algorithm, marketplace dynamics, and customer behavior. Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for acquiring high-quality customers profitably through platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will come from a consumer startup or D2C background and have a strong track record of delivering high ROI results through performance marketing. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels. Analyze campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages. Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve performance metrics. Monitor budgets, bids, and daily spending to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Provide detailed reporting on KPIs, audience insights, and learnings. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new advertising tools or features. Collaborate with sales and account teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (minimum 2–3 years). Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Experience working in a consumer startup, D2C brand, or e-commerce environment is highly preferred. Strong understanding of growth funnels, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. Ability to build performance marketing strategies from scratch. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
