Role Overview

plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid campaigns

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage & optimize performance campaigns across

  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  and

  Meta Ads

  .
• Drive consistent improvement in

  CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions

  .
• Own lead quality & work closely with the sales/counselling team for feedback loops.
• Keyword research, competitor benchmarking, audience segmentation & funnel optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance daily and take fast strategic decisions.
• Work with creative & content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
• Manage monthly budgets efficiently and deliver measurable ROI.
• Create weekly performance reports for leadership.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience

  in Google Ads & Meta Ads (no “managed through agency” stories).
• Proven record of target-based performance & scaling revenue.
• Smart understanding of marketing funnels, LTV, CAC & attribution models.
• Comfort working in high-pressure growth environments.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM & tracking tools.

Preferred

• Edtech performance marketing background

  (Study Abroad / Learning / Upskilling exposure is a big plus).
• Experience in managing budgets of 5–20L/month or higher.
• Experience in lead-gen driven models, not just branding.
