The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process, coordinating and conducting interviews, and ensuring effective communication with candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will handle onboarding and training new hires, and continuously improve recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
