Role Overview

Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute effective hiring strategies.
  • Conduct induction, training, and employee engagement programs.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment MIS.
  • Manage employees post-hiring, ensuring smooth integration and retention.
  • Visit warehouses regularly to monitor compliance and manage staff.
  • Collaborate with leadership for workforce planning and HR initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 25 years experience in recruitment/HR (FMCG/D2C preferred).
  • Strong skills in interviewing, candidate communication, and employee management.
  • Ability to handle onboarding, training, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
