Research & Development Chef

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Research & Development Chef located in Navi Mumbai. The role involves creating innovative recipes that incorporate Kruncho's product line of premium dry fruits and nuts, conducting flavor experimentation, and staying updated on culinary trends. The candidate will work closely with the quality and production teams to oversee product testing and ensure consistent quality. This role includes conceptualizing new offerings, refining existing products, and collaborating with marketing and sales for product launches.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills in creating innovative recipes and utilizing diverse ingredients.
• Ability to conduct food research, flavor pairing, and understand food science to develop new products.
• Experience in product development processes, including testing, scaling recipes, and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance with culinary industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams.
• Proven ability to identify and analyze culinary trends to create innovative offerings.
• Formal culinary training or a degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in R&D, food manufacturing, or similar roles is advantageous.
