About the internship:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative storyteller who lives and breathes social media, particularly Instagram Reels. This is a hands-on role where you will be at the forefront of our content strategy. Your primary focus will be to create engaging video content that tells the Kruncho story, showcases our products, and fosters a vibrant and loyal brand community.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ideate, script, shoot, and edit compelling Instagram Reels and other short-form videos that align with our brand's premium and healthy image.

2. Develop and manage a content calendar, planning storytelling arcs and content series that engage our audience consistently.

3. Write creative, on-brand copy and captions for all social media posts that spark conversation and drive engagement.

4. Actively engage with our community by responding to comments and direct messages, making our followers feel seen and valued.

5. Track and report on key social media metrics (e.g., engagement rate, follower growth, video views) to understand what resonates with our audience.

6. Research and identify emerging trends on Instagram and TikTok to keep our content fresh, relevant, and shareable.
