Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and sales activities using CRM tools. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in leading or managing a small sales team. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
