Telecaller (International Process)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls or attend inbound calls from international clients/customers.
• Explain products or services and generate interest or sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Update CRM or call logs with customer details and notes.
• Collaborate with team members and share feedback to improve performance.
• Follow call center scripts and adhere to regulatory and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller / Customer Service Representative in an international process is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Good interpersonal and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work night shifts or flexible hours as per international time zones.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
