Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in leading or managing a team. You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound strategies. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Lead and mentor a small team of junior sales representatives, ensuring targets are met and performance is optimized. Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals to clients. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on sales campaigns and strategies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and sales activities using CRM tools. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in leading or managing a small sales team. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business success.
