Maintain CRM data, client databases, and project pipelines. Work closely with management to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in business development / sales / marketing within building materials, flooring, tiles, interiors, construction, or architecture-related industries . Strong understanding of project-based sales and channel handling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Long-term commitment with a growth-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel across South India as and when required. Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
