Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and talented Junior Architect who can assist our architectural and design team in preparing designs and drawings, coordinating with project sites, and ensuring flawless execution of all assigned works.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings, 2D/3D plans, presentation layouts, and detail drawings.
• Support the senior architects in design development and conceptualisation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is aligned with approved drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project team for timely execution.
• Prepare BOQs, material lists, and necessary documentation for projects.
• Assist in client presentations and design discussions.
• Maintain project records and drawing updates as per workflow and revisions.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
• Visiting and coordinating the sites

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience may apply.
• Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit (preferred), Photoshop, etc.
• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
