About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and coordination of architectural designs from concept to execution.
• Support in reviewing and refining unit plans for functional and efficient space utilization.
• Prepare and modify architectural layouts, drawings, and elevations for high-rise residential projects.
• Contribute to interior design development for clubhouse and common areas aligned with project themes.
• Assist in developing landscape design concepts and integrating softscape and hardscape elements.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to align technical details.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, schedules, and documentation as required.
• Support senior architects in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure design compliance with building codes, local by-laws, and construction requirements.
• Participate in site visits and design reviews to monitor execution alignment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university (Master’s preferred).

• 2–4 years

  of experience in architectural design; exposure to high-rise residential projects is an advantage.
• Strong design and detailing ability with proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp

  , and rendering tools (

  Lumion / Enscape

  or similar).
• Understanding of unit planning, interior layouts, architectural detailing, and materials.
• Basic knowledge of landscape design principles and detailing.
• Strong visualization, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks, meet timelines, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Awareness of building bylaws, codes, and construction processes will be an advantage.
