Product Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Manager who can take full ownership of a product or product line—from vision and strategy to execution and optimization. You will play a critical role in shaping product direction, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution in alignment with business objectives.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from market research and requirement gathering to launch and performance tracking.
• Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with design to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
• Conduct user and market research to validate ideas and refine product direction.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and user value.
• Monitor product performance metrics, identify insights, and iterate based on data-driven decisions.
• Align stakeholders across functions (sales, marketing, customer success, operations) to ensure go-to-market success and adoption.
• Mentor APMs or junior team members and contribute to evolving product practices and frameworks.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in product management or relevant tech/product-facing roles.
• Proven track record of shipping successful products or features in B2B or B2C settings.
• Hands-on experience with product tools (Figma, Jira, Notion, Miro, etc.) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in fast-growing startups or technology companies.
• Familiarity with software development practices and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Ability to drive alignment across multiple teams in a cross-functional environment.
