1. The Hunter (New Business):

• Shadow & Support:

  Work directly with the Director on closing high-value mandates. You’ll see how deals are structured and negotiated in real-time.

• Lead the Charge:

  Independently research and identify potential clients. You won’t just wait for instructions; you will find the "next big client."

• Pitching:

  Assist in creating decks and proposals that WOW stakeholders.

2. The Farmer (Account Management):

• Relationship Building:

  Take ownership of existing key accounts. It’s not just about signing them; it’s about keeping them happy.

• Strategy:

  Develop specific account management strategies to deepen our connection with clients (farming) to ensure we are their go-to partner for every hiring need.

Who Are You?

  : You have done cold and warm outreach.

• Communication Ninja:

The Deal

• Full-Time Offer:

  ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Performance based compensation
• Mode: Hybrid (2 Days Office / 3 Days Remote), Delhi (Near Akshardham)
