SVP- C&B and HR

Role Overview

As a second in command to the CHRO you will be required to serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for shaping and executing the human capital strategy aligned with business objectives. 

This is a leadership role with a rapidly expanding organization and requires deep expertise in the C&B space over and above a holistic experience and exposure in other domains of HR 

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically leverage C&B to manage talent retention and engagement by

Designing, implementing, and optimizing compensation and benefits strategies 

Leading the end-to-end compensation cycle, including budgeting, provisioning, increment

and bonus planning for all business verticals

• Ensure Compliance & Governance by 
• Ensuring  adherence to compliance standards
• Handling all regulatory reporting including NRC presentations etc.

• Talent acquisition and strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational structure, succession planning, and overall effectiveness.
• Lead the annual performance appraisal cycles
• Build a high-performance, people-first culture by driving initiatives around feedback, inclusivity, and continuous development.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and the executive team to help build organizational capabilities to achieve high growth 

Qualifications & Experience Education

MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent postgraduate qualification from a reputed institution. Experience: • 13 to 16 years of HR leadership experience in financial services or fintech,
