Role Overview As a second in command to the CHRO you will be required to serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for shaping and executing the human capital strategy aligned with business objectives. This is a leadership role with a rapidly expanding organization and requires deep expertise in the C&B space over and above a holistic experience and exposure in other domains of HR Key Responsibilities Strategically leverage C&B to manage talent retention and engagement by Designing, implementing, and optimizing compensation and benefits strategies Leading the end-to-end compensation cycle, including budgeting, provisioning, increment and bonus planning for all business verticals Ensure Compliance & Governance by Ensuring adherence to compliance standards Handling all regulatory reporting including NRC presentations etc. Talent acquisition and strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational structure, succession planning, and overall effectiveness.
