Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Social Media Marketing Intern with at least six months of hands-on experience in the field. As a Social Media Marketing Intern at ENDURANCE TECH, you will assist in creating and managing engaging social media content, analyzing campaign performance, and supporting our social media strategy. This role is ideal for someone eager to build on their experience and contribute to a vibrant marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Assist in developing and curating engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos, ensuring consistency with brand voice and objectives.
• Social Media Management: Help manage and schedule posts across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) using scheduling tools.
• Campaign Support: Aid in the execution of social media campaigns, including preparing assets, monitoring performance, and making adjustments as needed.
• Analytics and Reporting: Support the collection and analysis of social media metrics. Assist in preparing reports on campaign performance and social media engagement.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for interactions and respond to comments or messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices. Contribute ideas for new strategies and content based on current trends.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of practical experience in social media marketing, either through internships, previous roles, or relevant coursework.
• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
