Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven performance marketing specialist with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels to drive customer acquisition and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads,Meta , Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs and budget goals
• Perform A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve ad effectiveness
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to develop engaging ad content and accurate reporting
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of paid ads experience in performance marketing roles
• Strong expertise in Google Ads,Meta,Linkdin,Insta, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid ad platforms
• Proven track record of driving measurable results and managing budgets effectively
• Good analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
