Are you a driven PPC expert with proven experience in managing advertising on Amazon, eBay, and other global marketplaces? We are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented specialist who can not only manage high-impact PPC campaigns but also oversee product listings, optimize conversion funnels, and take full P&L ownership for client projects across multiple platforms including Amazon.de, Amazon.ae, eBay, Kaufland, and Otto. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management & Optimization Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end PPC campaigns on platforms such as Amazon and eBay. Continuously optimize bids, keywords, and ad placements to achieve maximum ROI. Create, monitor, and analyze varied ad formats including Display Ads, Sponsored Product Ads, and Brand Store Ads. 2. Keyword Research & Data Analytics Utilize industry-standard tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) to perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis. Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to fine-tune strategies. Translate customer behavior insights into actionable optimization plans. 3. Product Listing & Content Optimization Oversee the creation and continuous refinement of product listings from initial setup to advanced optimization to improve organic search rankings and conversions. Implement SEO practices and high-quality visuals to enhance listing appeal. 4. Strategic Market Analysis & P&L Management Analyze Profit & Loss statements to ensure all campaigns and promotional strategies contribute to overall profitability. Conduct Market Basket Analysis to identify cross-selling and bundling opportunities. Adapt strategies dynamically to changes in marketplace dynamics and budget constraints. 5. Compliance & Account Health Monitor and manage account health across all marketplaces, ensuring compliance with platform standards. Proactively address issues such as negative reviews, listing deactivations, or inventory challenges. 6. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with cross-functional teams in creative, content, and product management to align PPC and organic growth efforts. Deliver detailed and insightful performance reports with recommendations for ongoing improvement. Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients throughout the campaign lifecycle. 7. Localization & Global Market Adaptability Independently interpret and adapt strategies for German and other non-native language marketplaces. Leverage AI-assisted tools and contextual research to overcome language barriers and align strategies with local market nuances. Candidate Profile Experience: 3+ years of proven, hands-on eCommerce marketing experience, with significant exposure to Amazon, eBay, and other leading marketplaces. 1. Analytical Skills: Deep analytical ability with a strong data-driven mindset. Proficiency in performance reporting and advanced spreadsheet modeling (Excel/Google Sheets). 2. Technical & Strategic Expertise: Familiarity with PPC platforms, advanced keyword research tools, and marketplace optimization techniques. Demonstrated understanding of Profit & Loss management in an eCommerce environment. Solid knowledge of customer behavior analytics and digital marketing trends. 3. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to quickly comprehend and navigate German-language documentation or interfaces through AI and research tools. 4. Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently. Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial approach. Adaptable, with the intellectual flexibility to learn and master new skills across diverse digital marketing channels.
