Job Description

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of candidates who meet the company's high standards and cultural fit.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior managerial role overseeing a team of 100 or more employees.
  • Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
