As a Senior HR Manager, your role will involve overseeing and streamlining HR procedures in a strategic leadership capacity. You will be responsible for a variety of functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, procurement, vendor coordination, and administrative execution to enhance organizational efficiency. Your experience in the construction, architecture, or interior design industries will be valuable in this position. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and manage all HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. - Drive procurement and vendor management processes to ensure timely availability of resources. - Collaborate with Sales, Installation, and Procurement teams to enhance internal workflows. - Implement HR policies, employee engagement programs, and training initiatives. - Maintain administrative systems for effective operational delivery. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. - Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions professionally. - Align HR and operational strategies with business goals in coordination with senior management. **Key Requirements** - MBA in Human Resource Management is mandatory. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR. - Exposure to construction, interior design, or architecture fields is preferred. - Proficiency in vendor coordination, procurement, HR operations, and administration. - Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Familiarity with labor laws, HR software/tools, and operational systems. - Candidates from North Kerala are highly preferred. In addition to the salary range of 25,000 to 35,000 per month, you will be entitled to benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and health insurance.
