Senior HR Manager

Role Overview: As an HR Executive in the business management industry based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, your main responsibility will be to maintain employee records, leaves, and attendance data. You will also ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, etc. Additionally, you will coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs, post job openings, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, and manage the offer process. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain employee records, leaves, and attendance data. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, etc. - Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs. - Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews. - Manage the offer process and coordinate with selected candidates. - Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires including documentation, induction, and orientation. - Ensure all exit formalities are completed efficiently including clearance and exit interviews. - Plan and execute engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and employee welfare programs. - Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. - Support the development of a positive workplace culture. - Liaise with external vendors. - Evaluate vendor performance and manage contracts. - Maintain HR databases, reports, and documentation. - Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and implemented effectively. - Support in performance management, training coordination, and policy communication. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role. - MBA in HR preferred. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices. - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.,
