HR Manager (Discipline + Hiring + Workforce Management)

Location: Indore
Experience: 2–7 Years
Type: Full-Time | On-Site | High Accountability Role

About the Role

We are hiring a strict, dedicated, and performance-driven HR Manager who takes complete ownership of hiring, employee management, and internal operations.
This is NOT a documentation-only HR role.We need someone who gets things done, maintains discipline, improves productivity, and drives a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities1. Hiring & Talent Acquisition (High Priority)

  • Handle end-to-end hiring for multiple departments.
  • Source serious, high-performing, long-term employees.
  • Screen candidates aggressively — cultural & skill fit.
  • Build a continuous pipeline to avoid hiring delays.
  • Reduce attrition by hiring the right people.

2. Employee Management & Discipline

  • Maintain strong, professional discipline across all teams.
  • Enforce company policies and attendance standards.
  • Address behavioural issues immediately, no delays.
  • Conduct performance reviews and corrective actions.
  • Create a culture of accountability & responsibility.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage onboarding, documentation, contracts, and exits.
  • Resolve employee concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, legal compliance & audits.

4. Activities & Culture Building

  • Plan monthly employee engagement activities.
  • Conduct team-building & motivation programs.
  • Maintain a healthy but high-performance environment.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Very strong follow-up and execution ability
  • Strict, disciplined, and structured work ethic
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Experience in hiring for multiple roles (Sales, Marketing, Ops, Creative, Admin)
  • Ability to manage difficult situations professionally
  • Strong negotiation & conflict management skills
  • Highly organised, dependable, and deadline-driven
  • Pro at multitasking and handling pressure in a fast-growth company
