About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations including banking, billing, and financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting transactions in Tally (ERP/Prime).
• Manage banking operations including deposits, payments, reconciliations, and fund management.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and receipts accurately.
• Record journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers in Tally.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely filing of records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements when required.
• Coordinate with management for smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (preferred).
• Proven work experience as an Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, and banking processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
