About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our clients’ social media accounts and digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent growth and brand visibility across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, create, and manage high-performing ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager.
• Develop and optimize shopping/catalogue ads to scale sales for Shopify/WordPress stores.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Manage day-to-day handling of social media accounts and ensure timely posting.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to audience interactions to enhance community engagement.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, ROI) and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and ad specialists to execute campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and algorithm changes.
• Run paid ad campaigns on platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize for performance..
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and voice across all digital channels.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (preferably in an agency/digital marketing company).
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
• Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and digital marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
