Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that align with our brand goals, engage our audience, and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Plan and schedule content calendars in line with campaigns, launches, and events.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos, etc.) in collaboration with the design and marketing teams.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and channels to stay current with best practices.
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to maintain community engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) to optimize strategy.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and budgets, ensuring strong ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and design teams to align messaging.
  • Support influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, advertising, and algorithm behavior.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience in running influencer marketing or brand collaboration campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
