Performance Marketing Specialist (5+ Years Experience)

Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn & other digital platforms

• Develop audience strategies, keyword planning & A/B testing to maximize conversions

• Track, measure & analyse campaign performance metrics — CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV

• Work closely with creative & content teams for performance-led creatives and funnels

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and growth recommendations

• Stay updated with platform algorithms, ad formats & emerging marketing strategies

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in paid performance marketing

• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager & Analytics tools

• Strong understanding of funnel building, remarketing, landing page optimization & marketing automation

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, UTM tracking & attribution models

• Experience in education or event marketing is a strong advantage
