Job Description

You will be joining Between IT, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency with offices in Kochi and UAE. The company specializes in eCommerce growth, Shopify sales, lead generation, and traffic-to-conversion strategies for clients across the GCC and beyond. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, your role will involve: - Planning and executing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads - Driving high-intent traffic to Shopify and eCommerce websites to convert into sales - Generating qualified leads for service-based and product-based businesses - Managing and optimizing full-funnel strategies including retargeting, lookalikes, and cold traffic - Tracking and improving key KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates - Utilizing tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager for tracking and insights - Collaborating with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives and landing pages - Continuously testing and optimizing ads, audiences, creatives, and sales funnels The ideal candidate for this position should have: - 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing - A strong background in Shopify and eCommerce sales growth - Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads - A strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, CRO, and ad tracking - Proficiency in GA4, Meta Ads Manager, GTM, and UTM tracking - A results-focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple client campaigns - Immediate availability is a strong advantage In return, Between IT offers: - Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses - A high-growth environment - Offices in Kochi and UAE, supported by a collaborative, forward-thinking team If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume along with a portfolio showcasing your past ad performance.,
