Location: On-site (Gurugram) Company: Ichelon Consulting Group Role Type: Full-Time Required Experience- 2+ years CTC range- 30k- 40k/ month Role Overview: Ichelon Consulting Group is looking for a strategic and performance-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead and manage paid advertising efforts across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of digital marketing strategies, conversion tracking, campaign analytics, and client communication. Key Responsibilities: - Campaign Planning & Management: - -Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and social platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads) - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and competitor benchmarking to ensure campaign effectiveness - Conversion Tracking & Optimization: - Set up event-based tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager for actions such as form submissions, calls, WhatsApp interactions, etc. - Continuously optimize campaigns for Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click through Rate (CTR), and Quality Score - Coordinate with landing page and design teams to align creatives with campaign goals and conversion flows - Reporting & Analytics: - Monitor campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis - Develop comprehensive performance reports using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Looker Studio/Data Studio, and Excel - Provide data-backed insights and strategic recommendations for scaling campaigns and improving ROI - Client Communication & Coordination: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing regular updates, performance summaries, and strategic input - Understand client goals, manage expectations, and proactively address concerns or changes in requirements - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client objectives and timelines - Platform & Industry Awareness: - Stay up to date with advertising platform updates, privacy policies (HIPAA awareness for healthcare is a plus), and emerging digital trends Qualifications: Hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Strong understanding of campaign management, ad optimization, and performance marketing KPIs Proficiency in tools such as: - Google Ads Manager - Meta Ads Manager - Google Analytics - Google Tag Manager - LinkedIn Campaign Manager - Looker Studio Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional approach to client handling Collaborative team player who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
