Job Summary:

We are seeking confident and articulate female sales executives with strong communication skills for a client-facing role in our growing real estate team. This role involves connecting with potential clients, explaining project details, building trust, and maintaining strong follow-ups to drive site visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers from our CRM/database
• Share property/project details and clearly understand client needs
• Maintain regular follow-ups to schedule and confirm site visits
• Handle inbound queries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
• Accurately update CRM with client interactions and status
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and deal closures
• Build rapport and provide a positive, informative experience to clients
• Stay informed on current and upcoming real estate projects, prices, and offers

Key Requirements:

• Female candidates only (client-facing telecalling profile)
• Strong verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Confident, polite, and persuasive on phone
• Well-organized with a consistent follow-up approach
• Presentable and professional behavior
• Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred) or willingness to learn
• Graduate (any stream) preferred
