✅ JOB PROFILE: SALES MANAGERRadiante Multispeciality Skin & Laser Centre Location: OM VIHAR, Opp. Metro Pillar No. 702, New Delhi Job Title: Sales Manager – Skin, Laser & Aesthetic Services Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Centre Director / Business Head Work Type: Full-time, On-site Job Summary The Sales Manager will lead and manage the complete sales, enquiry handling, client conversion, and revenue growth for Radiante Multispeciality Skin & Laser Centre. The role involves driving sales targets, developing marketing tie-ups, managing customer relations, and promoting dermatology, laser, aesthetic & hair services. Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Generation Manage OPD leads, walk-ins, follow-ups, and online enquiries. Achieve monthly revenue targets for skin, laser, dental & hair transplant services. Convert consultations into paid procedures and packages. Promote memberships, packages, and cross-selling of services. 2. Lead Management & Conversion Maintain lead tracker, CRM, and patient communication log. Follow a systematic follow-up process via call, WhatsApp, SMS & email. Ensure 100% lead closure and follow-up until final conversion. 3. Customer Relationship & Experience Greet and counsel clients professionally. Assist Dermatologist/Plastic Surgeon in explaining treatment benefits. Manage client concerns, complaints, and ensure smooth experience. 4. Marketing & Branding Coordination Support marketing campaigns, social media promotions & offers. Coordinate with local vendors, RWAs, societies, gyms, and beauty salons for tie-ups. Organize skin camps, laser demo camps, dental check-up camps. 5. Operational Support Maintain daily reports, sales MIS, billing coordination, and package documentation. Report daily business summary to management. Required Qualifications Graduate/MBA preferred (Sales/Marketing). 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, aesthetic clinics, dermatology, or wellness industry (preferred). Strong communication, counselling & presentation skills.
