Photographer And VideoGrapher Content Creator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Photography Content Creator to bring our real estate projects to life through stunning visuals and engaging digital content. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, be skilled in still photography, videography, and reel-making, and know how to create content that resonates with the online audience.

This role involves visiting properties, capturing high-quality visuals, creating scroll-stopping content, and managing/editing social media posts — especially Instagram Reels and short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities:Photography & Videography

• Capture professional still photographs of properties, interiors, architecture, and lifestyle shots
• Shoot videos and walkthroughs of real estate listings and project sites
• Use natural lighting and staging techniques for high-quality visual output
• Edit images and videos using tools like Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut

Reels & Social Media Content

• Plan, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos with trending audio, transitions, and effects
• Create interactive and story-driven video content for maximum engagement
• Regularly post updates, teasers, behind-the-scenes clips, and on-site reels
• Stay updated with social media trends in real estate and adapt content accordingly

Content Planning & Engagement

• Collaborate with the marketing team to build monthly content calendars
• Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, festive promotions, and launch announcements
• Write catchy captions, add hashtags, and schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite
• Occasionally assist with property presentations or client walkthrough videos

Requirements:

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and social media content creation
• Hands-on experience with editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Reels formats
• Ability to think creatively and work independently on-location
• Good sense of design, color, composition, and visual storytelling
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Bonus: Experience in real estate or architectural photography

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in Media, Photography, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in real estate content or similar industry
• Knowledge of motion graphics or drone videography is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,351.64 - ₹24,647.06 per month
