Co-Founder – Business & Operations | Mappen.in Location: Delhi Type: Co-Founder | Equity Based Experience: 10+ years in EdTech, HRTech, or Business Development About Us Mappen is building India’s first Blockchain-based verified CV platform — revolutionising how hiring works. We’re eliminating fake resumes, speeding up verification, and using AI + Web3 to enable trust-first hiring for the next generation of talent. Our platform includes: ✅ Aadhaar/EPFO/DigiLocker-based verified CV IDs ✅ Blockchain-secured academic + work credentials ✅ AI-powered interview avatars ✅ Metaverse-ready first-round interviews Role Overview We’re looking for a Co-Founder – Business & Operations to lead all business development, partnerships, and GTM efforts. You’ll be responsible for shaping our university and recruiter outreach strategy, managing operations, and scaling user acquisition across India & global markets. Your Responsibilities Build and manage university/company partnerships across India & abroad Own all business operations and client onboarding Structure MOUs, revenue models , and execution plans Represent Mappen in key HR/EdTech events & investor meetings Drive go-to-market plans, B2B sales, and channel partner development Collaborate with Product & Tech to deliver a seamless experience What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in Business Development, University Relations, or EdTech/HRTech Ops Deep understanding of the Indian education-employment landscape Passion for solving skill-gap, hiring trust issues, and building scalable systems Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and execution ability Ready for the entrepreneurial grind — with real equity ownership What You Get Founding equity in a deep tech HR platform Ownership of a critical function from Day 1 Freedom to build and lead your team A front-row seat in reshaping the hiring ecosystem How to Apply If you're excited about fixing the hiring system and ready for a founder's role, let's talk.
