At Mappen.ai, we are fixing this by building a trusted hiring platform powered by AI + Blockchain. Unlike job portals that depend on third-party APIs, we’ve built everything in-house – from our ATS to AI Avatar-based Interviews – to create a scalable, IP-driven solution.

The product is ready to launch 🚀, and we are now looking for a Co-Founder & CTO to join our founding team.

Your Role

Lead the tech vision & roadmap (AI + Blockchain + ATS)

Build and scale the engineering & product teams

Oversee architecture, scalability, and security of the platform

Drive AI Avatar Interview & Blockchain CV ID adoption

Collaborate on fundraising, partnerships, and global expansion

Represent Mappen.ai as the tech face in investor and industry conversations

Who You Are

7–12+ years of experience in full-stack development & cloud-native systems

Strong hands-on expertise in React, Node.js, AWS

Familiarity with AI/ML, NLP, conversational AI, or Avatar systems

Startup-ready: hands-on, adaptable, and visionary

Excited to join as a Co-Founder with equity, not just as an employee
