We are looking for a Co-Founder who will lead Business Growth & Revenue and scale our employer ecosystem.

Who We’re Looking For

A senior leader with 10+ years of experience in:

Business growth, revenue strategy, GTM execution

B2B SaaS or HRTech platforms

Selling to employers, HR leaders, staffing companies & recruitment firms

Scaling revenue from 0 → 1 → 10, including enterprise deals

Building long-term strategic partnerships

P&L ownership and leadership experience

Responsibilities

Lead overall business & revenue strategy

Build and scale employer partnerships across India

Position our Blockchain CV ID + SaaS solutions as a market differentiator

Develop pricing, revenue models, and GTM strategy

Build & manage sales, growth, and revenue operations

Collaborate on product roadmap to strengthen employer experience

Represent Mappen in strategic conversations with partners, corporates & investors
